Office Administrator

Yolk Recruitment is thrilled to partner with an innovative, independent international consulting firm based in Cardiff that's on the lookout for an enthusiastic Office Administrator.

As an Office Administrator you'll be:

  • Presence in the reception area, answering and dealing with incoming telephone and email enquiries.
  • Booking meeting rooms, managing post and stationary.
  • Alongside supporting the Reception area, you will support the Business Assistants team and providing support to the wider business
  • Organise international and UK travel arrangements, including accommodation, taxis, rail, and car hire as needed.
  • Assist with visa, passport applications and renewals.
  • Arrange clinic appointments for vaccinations, boosters, and medication for site visits.
  • Help organise company social events.
  • Update Company records as required.
  • Raise Purchase Orders.

The experience you'll bring to the team:

  • Previous experience in administration or customer service
  • A friendly and approachable demeanour with strong communication skills
  • Highly organised and methodical in your approach to tasks
  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
  • Proficient in IT, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
