This role is best suited to those with novation’s experience within Financial Services or an IFA Administrator who has experience within either client novation’s, letter of authority process or communicating with product providers. You will be joining an emerging departing of a growing business with training provided and potential room to grow and progress in the future. Novations experience desirable. Hybrid working and Salary up to £33k.

The company are an FCA-regulated, growing IFA Network. They are a robust, institutionally backed group, with a diverse, supportive, and highly experienced team. They have been in existence for over 20 years and are currently embarking on an exciting growth programme.
The Role
Within the role as agency coordinator, you will be working within the IFA Network, supporting new member on-boarding for internal and FCA purposes. After completing on-boarding, you will be dealing with client novation with product providers, communicating with each provider to ascertain requirements and actioning requirements, ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed. Alongside this, you will be supporting the Letter of Authority process within network migration. Within the department, you will be answering any queries from members, ensuring the seamless transition and ongoing support, including completing ad hoc tasks when required.
