Project Support OfficerHoop PS&HR are proud to announce a brand-new and exclusive role with our incredible client based in Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is looking to develop their skills and knowledge further.This position is based within the public sector and will need someone who is extremely driven, kind, and motivated. This is a full time FTC position until March 2025, and come with a salary of up to £26,000, along with hybrid working.Key Responsibilities:
  • First point of contact for the team.
  • Working closely with sensitive information relating to projects.
  • Supporting the team and ensuring on time delivery.
  • Monitor, evaluate and assess the progress of work.
  • Report and analyse information to support project delivery.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings by providing meeting agendas and minute taking.
  • Data entry, ensuring all key documents, spreadsheets and data are up to date.
  • Evaluate and assess project performance, highlighting areas of risk.
  • Responsible for implementing and ordering supplies.
Requirements:
  • Strong IT skills
  • Strong administrative experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Data entry and minute taking experience
  • Ability to speak Welsh (Desirable)
