Location: Cardiff Office, CF15 7QZ / Homeworking Hybrid
Salary: £45K - £50K per annum, DOE + Excellent Benefits!

Job Purpose, Tasks and Responsibilities

This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality Health, Safety, and Environmental training to our multinational client base.

You will work across accredited programmes such as NEBOSH, IOSH, and IEMA, as well as bespoke training solutions.

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering accredited training (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH) via virtual classrooms and, occasionally, at client premises or training venues.
  • Designing and updating course materials, including notes, PowerPoint presentations, and lesson plans, to meet syllabus or client specifications.
  • Supporting the Learning Design and Course Development team with subject matter expertise.
  • Responding to learner queries via email, phone, forums, and LinkedIn communities, providing guidance on health and safety topics and assessment requirements.
  • Marking mock exams and providing constructive feedback.
  • Offering tutor support for practical assignments.
  • Managing tailored HS&E training initiatives for clients.

Balancing the delivery of high-quality training with the development of new content and providing learner support requires excellent time management and prioritization skills.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Chartered Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH) via the NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Level 6 qualification.
  • A proven track record of successfully delivering the NEBOSH National General Certificate.
  • Experience delivering training virtually (e.g., via Zoom or MS Teams).
  • Skills in designing and delivering engaging and effective learning events.
  • Experience developing quality training materials against a syllabus or client specifications.

It would be great if you also have:

  • Experience teaching international learners.
  • Expertise in providing tutor support to online or distance learners.
  • Success in delivering NEBOSH National Diploma and Specialist Certificates.
  • Experience delivering IEMA-accredited environmental courses.
