As a result of company growth, we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant / Team Leader to lead our freelance delivery team in the business support market.
Role Responsibilities:
- Working alongside our Business Development Manager in identifying new opportunities.
- Stakeholder engagement with our customer base
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving deliverables
- Management of the freelance department.
Abatec requires a Recruitment Consultant with:
- Great people skills and can lead by example.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Microsoft Office skills including Word & Excel
