What you will do as the quality engineer

Lead and mentor a small team of quality technicians, with responsibilities to include.

  • Leading quality improvements across manufacturing processes, ensuring every product exceeds expectations.
  • Managing material testing for external certifications and work closely with internal teams to resolve quality issues effectively.
  • Overseeing the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to ensure reliability.
  • Collaborating with production teams to enhance quality control plans and processes.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement, contributing to an environment that rewards innovation and dedication.

What you will need to apply for the quality engineer position

  • Experience as a quality engineer or senior quality technician.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO9001, ideally being a certified auditor.
  • Knowledge of external quality standards and customer requirements.
