As a Head of Therapies, you will:

  • Oversee the professional support and development of all AHP teams across the company
  • Continue to build links with commissioners across South Wales and the South West of England
  • Provide clinical governance across organisation
  • Establish relationships with local universities to provide placements for AHP students

To be successful as a Head of Therapies, you will:

  • Have experience of delivering therapy services within the area of learning disabilities and/or mental health
  • Be confident in leading and developing a team of Allied Health Professionals - occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, physiotherapy and dietetics
  • Have a passion for developing and supporting successful therapies teams
  • Demonstrate multi-disciplinary team working
  • Be comfortable working across a variety of services 

In return, my client is offering a salary of up £72,300 DOE (Band 8a/8b). Please note, this is a full-time permanent position.
