Salary: £36-47,000 dependent on experience
I am delighted to be supporting a highly successful RIBA Chartered practice in Cardiff who are seeking a passionate Senior Architectural Technologist to join their friendly team. Founded over four decades ago, this dynamic architecture practice is dedicated to crafting unique buildings that leave a positive impact on their users and surrounding communities. With a diverse portfolio spanning sectors like residential, education, sports and leisure, they have cultivate an excellent reputation for their award winning projects. The team comprises experienced architects and technologists working collaboratively to prioritize sustainability and social value. Known for fostering a supportive work environment, the practice offers opportunities for professional growth and well-being across their multiple locations.
The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will have several years of post-qualification experience working a diverse portfolio of projects, with excellent technical and problem-solving abilities and be a skilled Revit user.
Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
- Degree or HND/ HNC in Architectural Technology or relevant subject
- CIAT member working towards Chartership
- Experience working on medium - large scale projects
- Diverse project experience in sectors such as education, residential and commercial
- Proficiency with Revit is beneficial
- Job running experience
- Excellent technical drawing
- Strong portfolio
- Post qualification experience in a UK Architectural practice
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Attentiveness to detail
- Proven record across all RIBA stages
- Driven for continued professional development keeping up with technological advances
- Live locally to Cardiff
