This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning chartered practice who provide their expertise across the education, residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced and talented Senior Architectural Technologist to manage the full construction lifecycle of their multi-sector projects within their new studios in Cardiff.

To be successful in applying for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist, you will need extensive post architectural technology degree as a project lead, having a successful background in managing and delivering projects across a range of sectors. The successful individual will need to be able to demonstrate proficiency in Revit, as well as having strong technical skills and job running experience.

Relevant degree within Architectural Technology
Significant post qualification experience as a project lead within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit is essential
Experience working on projects across a range of sectors
Previous experience delivering architectural practice under traditional design and build procurement routes
Strong technical skills
Job running experience
Ability to work well in a team
Experience managing junior team members and build client relationships
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Full UK Drivers licence
