Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor

Location: Cardiff, and surrounding areas along the M4

Rate: £255 - £255 p/d - This is inclusive of any expected travel expenses

IR35 Determination: Outside of scope

If you are an asbestos surveyor looking for a new contract opportunity, then this could be great for you. This is expected to be an ongoing contract with at least 6 months longevity.

The position

This position will require a surveyor to carry out housing surveys across the South Wales region (Cardiff, Newport, Caerphilly). These will be management surveys with R&D elements to social housing type properties. You will also survey communal areas, re-inspections and external elements to the property.

Qualifications

You will need to have a P402 or RSPH, as well as experience in this type of work. Recent experience as a fully qualified surveyor is also essential.

It is essential that you have your own transportation, surveys tool-kit, as well as half-mask, recent face-fit test and asbestos awareness certification.

The work is carried out using the TEAM's software, so it will be advantageous if you have experience of using this.
