Im working with a well established fast growing Consultancy based in South Wales who are looking for an Associate Director to lead the Structural Division

The Associate Director will have the opportunity to lead our building structures team - This is an exciting opportunity to play an important part in growing the structures arm of the business working closely with senior stakeholders to collaboratively shape our business plan targets and deliver against them.

The role would require technical competence providing leadership and engineering challenge to the members of their team. Running a team of what is currently 7/8 with the potential for growth (we are already looking at Principal + Civil structures for that team). Resourcing, forecasting, mentoring/developing team, work generation, client interface etc. (Favourable data centre experience, bonus knowledge of working in Qatar).

The AD would be chartered with the IStructE, the most structurally competent engineer at, comfortable modelling concrete and steel.

This role would be South Wales based so ideally someone that's within a reasonable commutable distance would be preferred.
