We are recruiting for an Automotive Sales Progressor to join a well-known brand with a state-of-the-art showroom and over 40 years experience showcasing commercial vehicle sales.
Automotive Sales Progressor Benefits:
- Salary up to £30,000 p/a.
- Monday to Friday 40 hours per week. (No weekends)

Automotive Sales Progressor Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the progression of sold vehicle orders from point of order to pre handover.
- Booking of sold vehicle PDI, dealer fit work & communicate to sales admin teams.
- Co-ordination of pre delivery contractor work required in line with customer delivery date.
- Strict & structured progressing & chasing of vehicles through body builder schedules - with focus on ensuring delays are minimised.
- Focus on dealer stocking charges - working in line with stocking allowance and provisions made for stocking.
- Use of dealer reporting to identify delays and escalate as required.
- Rectification of damage and subsequent claims.
- Used vehicle inspection programme.
- Liaise on defects & authorisation.
- Co-ordinated approach with sales technician.
- Schedule work with paint shop, tyres, dents
- Progress vehicle from arrival to advertising in a timely manner
- Work with driver team to book any vehicle movements, body builder or transfer collection.
Automotive Sales Progressor Experience & Skills required:
- Previous experience in motor industry is essential
- Strong administration knowledge to include proficient IT skills including Excel.
- Strong self-organisational skills with a keen eye for attention to detail.
- Excellent Communication skills.
