Role Title: Sales Co-Ordinator

Location: Cardiff St Mellons (Office Based) Hybrid available based on performance.

Office Hours: Monday Thursday 8:45am 4:45pm, Friday 8:45am 3:30pm

Role Purpose:

This office based role requires an enthusiastic and motivated person with a very keen eye for detail and getting the job done accurately, 1st time. Supporting the Account Managers/BDCs, the Co-Ordinator will be contacting and processing learners into the iEnrol system, gathering evidence and liaising PDMs to book initial guidance primarily within the Health & Social Care marketplace. You must be confident in your product knowledge and capability and be prepared to ask relevant questions.

You must understand the full portfolio of products that t2 group offer.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver agreed KPIs by maximising all sales opportunities

Achieve and exceed targets set by the Head of Sales

Understand key product knowledge and concepts

Provide accurate KPI information on a daily basis

Maintain and develop the databases to maximise sales potential and opportunities

Regularly liaise with the Head Of Sales, Team Leaders and Business Development Director to ensure that the objectives, expectations and priorities of the team are met.

Frequently inform and present to the team on activities and developments
