Venue Technician

Position Overview:
To prepare, set up and operate AV equipment for corporate events within various venues local to South Wales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in cleaning, testing, maintaining, prepping equipment prior to eachevent.
- Accurate and timely setup and breakdown of basic audiovisualequipmentfor corporate events.
- Use of company van to transport equipment to and from each venue.
- Operation of projectors, PA systems and presentations whilst troubleshooting any issues to ensure the smooth running of each event.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
- To work both independently and as part of a team.
- Maintain a positive relationship with all clients through effective communication.
- Handle equipment challenges and changes in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an AV Technician.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Strong communication skills
Package:
- Salary: £25K - £27K
- 28days annual leave (Rise by 1 day per year up to 33 days)
- 1.5X overtime rates
- Pension
