Customer Success Manager
Yolk Recruitment are working on behalf of a dynamic and rapidly expanding enterprise software company that provide a SaaS based solution, in search for a Customer Success Manager.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience in a customer success manager role, managing a portfolio of accounts, being their first point of contact and maximising revenue generated from each account.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main contact for assigned clients, driving success and satisfaction
- Understand client objectives
- Promote solution adoption through training, support, and best practices
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide customer's feedback
- Deliver business reviews
Your skills/ experience as a Customer Success Manager
- Experience in customer success, account management
- 3-5 years' experience in software sales
- Proficient in Salesforce
- A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-driven mindset
