Required Skills:

  • Experience in a commercial insurance new business role (e.g., account handler, sales, or similar background)
  • Proven ability to excel in face-to-face client meetings and sales
  • Knowledge across Personal Lines, SME, and mid-Corporate Insurance is advantageous
  • CII qualifications are desirable, with support provided for further development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
