Accounts Receivable Clerk Cardiff £26,000 - £28,000 Excellent Benefits

SRM Recruitment is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk for a multi-national company based in Cardiff. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments
  • Manage client queries and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
  • Process incoming payments and apply them to the correct accounts to facilitate accurate reporting.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and prepare related reports.
  • Perform provisions, accruals and adjustments for bad debt etc. to enable closing the AR-ledger for reporting.

Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in financial records and transactions.
  • Proficient in Excel and financial accounting software.
  • Effective communicator with clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical skills to resolve discrepancies.
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently.
