SRM Recruitment is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk for a multi-national company based in Cardiff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments
- Manage client queries and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
- Process incoming payments and apply them to the correct accounts to facilitate accurate reporting.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and prepare related reports.
- Perform provisions, accruals and adjustments for bad debt etc. to enable closing the AR-ledger for reporting.
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in financial records and transactions.
- Proficient in Excel and financial accounting software.
- Effective communicator with clients and team members.
- Strong analytical skills to resolve discrepancies.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines efficiently.
