About the Role

This is not your average sales role. As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of a cutting-edge brand, building meaningful relationships with vape shops and tobacco retailers across your region. You’ll help stores elevate their customer experience while driving visibility and excitement around the product range.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Retail Relationship Building: Visit vape shops regularly to build strong partnerships with store owners and staff. Make sure the products are well positioned and stores are fully engaged with the brand.

• Market Intelligence: Stay on top of local trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity, and share insights to shape future strategies.

• In-Store Activation: Promote the product line, boost visibility, and support stores in showcasing the brand to its fullest.

• Store Transformation: Help key retailers transform their shops to align with the brand’s look, feel, and promotional vision.

• Event Support: Take part in vape expos, in-store events, and regional activations to raise brand awareness and build customer loyalty.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Background in sales, marketing, or customer service is a must. Experience in the vaping, FMCG, or retail sector is a huge bonus.

• Personality: You’re outgoing, confident, and love building relationships.

• Skills: Excellent communication, self-motivated, and able to manage your own schedule effectively.

• Mobility: You’ll need a valid UK driver’s license and be happy to travel across your region.

• Education: High school diploma required; a degree is a plus.
