The role of Senior Loyalty & CRM Specialist to lead the development, launch, and daily management of the new Loyalty Programme. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of loyalty schemes, customer behavior, and a proven ability to manage large-scale projects successfully.

Duties & Responsibilities for this Senior Loyalty & CRM Specialist:

  • Develop and maintain a Loyalty Scheme activity plan to generate additional revenue.
  • Analyse performance, customer data, and market trends to optimise revenue-driving activities.
  • Acquire new customers through channels (website, social media, in-store, etc.)
  • Evaluate ROI on all activities and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Leverage insights and feedback to improve engagement, retention, and satisfaction through the loyalty program.
  • Manage rewards to align with customer expectations and brand values..
  • Ensure all campaigns meet legal requirements and align with brand standards.
  • Monitor the customer database to maintain data accuracy across the business.
  • Develop and maintain a clear communication plan.

To be successful in this Senior Loyalty & CRM Specialist:

  • Ideally have 2 + years' experience in a retail, app (B2C), banking, eCommerce where they have evidence of loyalty & new customer acquisition
  • Deep understanding of consumer behaviour and best practices in loyalty programs
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication at all levels
  • Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and loyalty platforms
  • Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading capabilities and Excel.
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in interpreting complex data and developing actionable strategies
