Salary: £27,018 p.a. (£33,773 p.a. pro rata)

Hours: 28 pw (35 pw pro rata)

Branch Administrator – The Role:

The Wales Office is seeking an Administrator for its branch to support its efficient running. In this interesting role you will be supervised locally at branch level whilst being under the overall line management of the Wales Official.

 

Branch Administrator – Key Responsibilities:

- Being the first point of contact for branch members, or potential members

- Assisting with the branch membership recruitment process

- Organising meetings and taking minutes

- Keeping the branch website up to date

 

Branch Administrator – You:

- The ideal candidate must be educated to GCSE level or equivalent experience (including Maths and English)

- Experience of a similar working environment and/or understanding of working for a trade union or other not-for-profit organisation

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Excellent IT skills

- Sound administrative experience

- Ability to plan and organise your own workload
