What you'll be responsible for

This will include:

Reporting to the Security Culture Lead, the role holder will support the Lead in positively transforming the way staff think about and behave in relation to cyber security.

The role holder will be expected to support the delivery of a culture and awareness plan that will impact the way every employee thinks about security and crucially the role they need to play. This will include helping to establish and manage a security champions programme across the organisation.

Key Accountabilities

 Supporting the delivery of the security culture and awareness programme.
 Helping to deliver security awareness training and engagement content to all employees company-wide, including delivering comms campaigns.
 Supporting the design of security engagement strategies to cater for different audiences e.g. executive management, technical SMEs, contact centre etc.
 Helping to measure the effectiveness of the security culture and awareness programme by tracking KPIs.

Responsibilities;
* Support the delivery of the security culture & awareness programme to embed positive security behaviours and culture throughout the organisation.
* Support the planning and delivery of the cyber champions programme.
* Support the delivery of security awareness training such as comms campaigns and phishing practices.
* Support the development of new cyber security awareness content directly and through our third parties.
* Support the identification of high-risk user groups and targeted security awareness training and engagement, based on staff role or requirements.

Essential experience -
- Experience leveraging different skills, media and communication channels in a large and complex organisation
- Polished presentation skills, comfortable presenting to large multi-disciplinary audiences
- Strong, and creative communication skills
- Communications experience within a corporate environment of a large commercial organisation
- Basic knowledge of behavioural science and behavioural change tactics

Desirable experience -
- Degree Educated
- Relevant Training / Comms / Marketing qualifications
- SANS Security Awareness Professional Credential
- Knowledge and experience of the SANS cyber security awareness maturity model / NIST / NCSC guidance
- Experience working in a regulated environment
- Experience managing a champions community
- Experience using a security training and awareness platform
- Working knowledge of cyber security principles and best practice
- Ability to communicate effectively in Welsh
