The Maintenance Supervisor will be based on a new Build-to-Rent development in Cardiff. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day checks, repairs and maintenance for the apartments and communal spaces.Overview:

  • Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
  • Salary: £35,000
  • Location: Cardiff

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor include:

  • Carry out maintenance tasks and repairs (mechanical and technical).
  • Manage maintenance requests from residents.
  • Liaise with residents to keep them updated on progress.
  • Ensure the building and communal areas are clean.
  • Ensure apartments are ready for move in.
  • Ensure the building complies with health & safety requirements.
  • Report and deal with any compliance issues.
  • Manage contractors.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to residents at all times.

The person:

  • Technical knowledge and previous experience of residential repair.
  • Basic plumbing and electrical experience.
  • Excellent problem solving skills.
  • Highly organised.
  • Previous experience in residential or hospitality sectors.
