The Maintenance Supervisor will be based on a new Build-to-Rent development in Cardiff. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day checks, repairs and maintenance for the apartments and communal spaces.Overview:
- Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
- Salary: £35,000
- Location: Cardiff
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor include:
- Carry out maintenance tasks and repairs (mechanical and technical).
- Manage maintenance requests from residents.
- Liaise with residents to keep them updated on progress.
- Ensure the building and communal areas are clean.
- Ensure apartments are ready for move in.
- Ensure the building complies with health & safety requirements.
- Report and deal with any compliance issues.
- Manage contractors.
- Deliver excellent customer service to residents at all times.
The person:
- Technical knowledge and previous experience of residential repair.
- Basic plumbing and electrical experience.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Highly organised.
- Previous experience in residential or hospitality sectors.
