Salary:45,000 - 55,000 per annum

Technical Resources are recruiting for a Security Project Manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale security projects. Join a team in Cardiff where you will lead and oversee engineering teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure sites meet all required standards and specifications.
  • Manage material ordering and labour arrangements.
  • Support, oversee, and organise engineering teams on-site.
  • Conduct site surveys and identify associated costs.
  • Manage and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings with Directors.
  • Lead site meetings with clients to ensure project alignment.
  • Plan and streamline working processes to optimise efficiency.
  • Respond to emails and use Microsoft documents.

Experience and Certifications Required:

  • Proven experience in managing security projects.
  • Strong understanding of site operations and team management.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
