They’re currently looking to recruit an experienced Contact Centre Operations Manager who’ll be responsible for managing the operation of Customer Service and Sales out of the Cardiff office.  About The Role  We’re looking for an experienced Contact Centre Operations Manager who will manage 7-10 team leaders covering sales and customer service. The role has been created due to our client’s continued success, and they are now (yet again) going through an exciting period of growth. As such they have numerous opportunities for the right individuals to join their thriving business.
