People AdvisorHoop PS&HR are excited to be working with a great organisation based in Barry. Our client is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and driven, People Advisor to join their team. This position is perfect for someone who is looking to develop their skills and knowledge further within Human Resources. This position is permanent and full time and offers hybrid working, that comes with a salary of up to £36,000.Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with the People and Culture function.
  • Supporting general queries, providing advice to employees and managers in live with company policies, procedures and legal compliance.
  • Provide Employee Relations support, with a focus on disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, maternity/paternity, and flexible working.
  • Support Policy review and development.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Assist with training and development.
Requirements:
  • CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience
  • Employee Relations experience
  • Previous recruitment experience
  • Experience working with manual and HRIS
  • Strong IT skills
  • Strong Verbal and written communication skills
