- Working closely with the People and Culture function.
- Supporting general queries, providing advice to employees and managers in live with company policies, procedures and legal compliance.
- Provide Employee Relations support, with a focus on disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, maternity/paternity, and flexible working.
- Support Policy review and development.
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Assist with training and development.
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience
- Employee Relations experience
- Previous recruitment experience
- Experience working with manual and HRIS
- Strong IT skills
- Strong Verbal and written communication skills
