Description
- Provide expert HR advice to managers and staff.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Oversee the recruitment process, from interview to induction.
- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive HR matters.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation.
- Coordinate performance management and staff development initiatives.
- Assist in managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution.
Profile
A successful Senior HR Advisor should have:
- A degree qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
- Proven experience in managing employee relations issues.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Experience in the education sector.
