Moxie People are working with a Housing Association in Cardiff that's on the lookout for an experienced Multi Skilled Tradesman to work on tenanted and void properties across the Cardiff area.

What You'll Do:
As a Multi Skilled Operative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Performing general repairs, maintenance, void, and planned works across our properties.
- Ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard of craftsmanship.
- Liaising directly with tenants and colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient completion of appointments.
- Working across various locations in South-East Wales, ensuring properties are well-maintained and meet our quality standards.
What You'll Need:
We are looking for candidates with:
- Experience in repairs, maintenance, voids, and/or planned works.
- A broad range of trade skills to handle various maintenance tasks and installations.
- A relevant qualification or significant practical experience in multiple trades.
- A valid UK driving licence (manual transmission) as you will have access to a company vehicle.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional service.
We welcome applicants with different levels of experience, including those who may not yet have formal qualifications but have substantial practical experience.
