With a new Head Chef and exciting menu, our client is looking for a dynamic 2nd Chef to join a thriving kitchen to deliver a 5* dining experience for their customers.

As a 2nd Chef you will:
- Support the Head Chef in managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support when required
- Assist with menu development
- Oversee food preparation and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards
- Assist with inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Manage food costs by minimizing waste and implementing cost-saving measures
Experience:
- Proven experience working as a 2nd Chef / Sous Chef
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, flavors, and presentation
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff and management
