The Job

My Client is currently looking to hire an enthusiastic and experiencedHead Chefto join the team, who is passionate about working with fresh food and delivering high standards. Even an aspiring Sous Chef ready to take on his own kitchen, will be considered.

You will be contributing to the running of the business on daily basis by maintaining the kitchen Hygiene Standards, all paperwork for Health & Safety, working closely with the General Manager, and assisting the team in all aspects of the smooth running of the operation.

If you thrive on working in a family feel environment, you will be passionate about this employer.

  • You will need all your valid food hygiene certificates.
  • You will be working a 5 day week, sunday nights, Mondays & Tuesdays are closed.

The Person

  • As aHead Cheffor this amazing location you will need:
  • Already a Head chef or Sous Chef but wanting full autonomy with fresh produce,
  • Preferably a background in rosette kitchens / Mitchelin guide level
  • Passion for cooking from fresh, with a creative flair
  • Excellent at putting menu's together with sumptuous culinary delights
  • Compassionate and willing to lead, motivate & train your team
  • Calm & problem solving, with the ability to fit in with a small business.
