I have a brand new concept Restaurant & Bar, looking for highly experienced Sous Chefs.
Proficient in all things Mediterranean, cooking from Fressh
As a Sous Chef
- Right hand Senior Sous Chef to the Head Chef - £38k
- Sous Chef £34k
- Junior Sous Chef £30k
- Able to run service / assist in Head Chef absence
- Have a background in Mediterranean cooking, or from classical French rosette standard
- Able to teach, mentor & train the team members
- Have an exemplary work ethic
- Be a real Team player
The Person
- At least 5yrs Sous Chef experience for Senior Sous from a fine dine establishment
- 2yrs experience as a Sous for the Sous Chef position - must be from a restaurant background
- Fast paced Restaurant, Catering background
- As a Sous Chef be able to cook produce from scratch
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to manage a small team
- Can step in and lead service when required
- 100% reliable
