I have a brand new concept Restaurant & Bar, looking for a highly experienced Sous Chef.
Proficient in all things Mediterranean, cooking from Fressh café style in the daytime Turkish / British Cuisine in the evening, with a late night Cocktail Bar
As a Sous Chef
- Right hand senior Chef to the Catering Manager
- Able to run service in her absence
- Have a background in Mediterranean cooking, preferably Turkish
- Able to teach, mentor & train the team members
- Have an exemplary work ethic
- Be a real Team player
The Person
- At least 1yrs Sous Chef experience
- Fast paced Restaurant, Catering background
- As a Sous Chef be able to cook produce from scratch
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to manage a small team
- Can step in and lead service when required
- 100% reliable
