Day to Day of the Role:
  • Deliver practical projects in the laboratory and manage chemistry programmes to meet cost, quality, and time demands.
  • Contribute scientific excellence to the research and development of new processes for our customers.
  • Take personal responsibility for the quality, integrity, communication, and delivery of science on your projects.
  • Engage in a culture of continuous improvement and personal development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A PhD in chemistry and/or significant industry experience. Minimum of 12 months experience required working in industry conducting synthesis, scale up and/or process development.
  • Detailed understanding of organic synthesis, scale-up, and process chemistry.
  • Expertise in the use of practical synthetic chemistry techniques.
