NonStop Care are working with a well-established local authority, who are looking for a Permanent Operational Manager to lead their Early Help and Prevention services, in the South of Wales. The successful candidate will oversee key teams including Early Help, Flying Start, Intake, and the Youth Justice and Early Support Service - all supported by strong, established management and practitioner teams.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
  • Substantial management experience within Children's Social Services
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
  • Strong understanding of strength-based approaches and multi-agency working
  • Able to work across multiple sites and take part in on-call arrangements
