We are looking for a dedicated Residential Childcare Officer to join our team on a full-time, 8 - 12-hour shifts on a rota. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children in meeting their individual needs, overcoming challenges, and living full, happy lives.

About the Role:

As a Residential Childcare Officer, you will provide direct care and effective support to young people in our short break home, helping them achieve positive outcomes in line with their childcare personal plans. Every day will bring new challenges, so we need individuals with a can-do attitude who are willing to go above and beyond for the young people in their care.
