Seeking a Civil Resident Engineer for High Voltage Project at National Grid in Cardiff.We are seeking an experienced Resident Engineer to join our team as we embark on one of the most exciting high voltage substation projects with National Grid. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of this project, ensuring that it is completed within budget, safely and timely.Key Responsibilities:As civil Resident Engineer working on this highly complex project, you will have the following responsibilities:- Manage detailed QA documentation (ITP's & ITC's) - Oversee whole TQ process- Ensure compliance with NG TS standards To qualify for consideration in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications or relevant experience;- A degree level qualification or equivalent work experience related to civil engineering-working knowledge of NGTS -Proven track record supervising large-scale construction sites Skills Needed:The ideal candidate must demonstrate expertise in several areas including but not limited to; -Skilled communicator able to articulate technical concepts clearly -Knowledgeable about Health Safety Environment regulations -Highly organized with excellent attention-to-detail abilities Contract Details: This position offers a negotiable day rate.
