Principal Development Control Engineer
 
Are you an experienced Principal Development Control Engineer looking for a new role? 
 
As a Principal Development Control Engineer you will be ensuring efficient delivery of services to developers, departments, and external organizations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
·Approve engineering details for new highways to ensure compliance with design standards.
·Administer Section 38, Section 278 Agreements, and other relevant parts of the Highways Act (1980).
·Attend planning appeals as an expert witness and conduct formal highway observations for planning applications.
 
This role requires office presence 2-3 days per week!
