Are you an experienced Chartered Construction Surveyor? Are you looking for an immediately available contract role that's Outside IR35, where you will get the chance to work on a flagship project?
My client requires a vastly experienced and highly skilled Chartered Construction Surveyor to act as the client's representative for the construction of a new flagship green hospital.
You will be responsible for ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality whilst ensuring that the works caried out are in line with the client's expectations.
The successful candidate will act as a point of escalation and communication for the stakeholders and will conduct detailed site surveys and inspections, ensure budgets are being stuck to and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations as well as identifying and mitigating any risks or issues.
The ideal candidate will be chartered with a recognised body (RICS/CIOB etc.), have previous experience in construction surveying and will ideally have worked on healthcare projects previously. You will have knowledge of CDM regulations, health & safety, different types of construction methods, the legalities involved and experience of acting as a client representative.
The hospital is planned to be the UKs greenest hospital and as such, could prove a good challenge due to its design and use.

* Chartered Construction Surveyor (CIOB/RICS)
* Relevant experience of working on high profile construction projects
* Excellent project management experience
* Ideally Healthcare/Hospital construction experience
