An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property Inspector to join an independent estate agent at their office in Cardiff. This multi-branch agent have an excellent reputation locally and are now looking for a Property Inspector to join the team.
Property Inspector - Details
- £23,000 - £26,000 basic salary

Property Inspector – Duties
- Carrying out midterm property inspections and check outs
- Reporting on property condition back to the Property Manager and Landlord
- Obtain quotes for any remedial works/repairs
- Handling end of tenancy process
- Overseeing deposit negotiations and return of the deposit
- Dealing with any deposit disputes and submitting relevant evidence to DPS
- Processing documents to ensure property compliance
- General Lettings administration pertaining to the role
Property Inspector - Experience Needed
- You will have previous Lettings experience
- You will have solid IT skills and be technology savvy
- You will have excellent organisational skills and great time keeping
- You will be able to manage your own diary and have a keen eye for detail
- You will have a great work ethic and be able to self-motivate
- Possess a clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
