Your new companyHays are working with a well-known not-for profit company on the outskirts of Cardiff to support with the recruitment for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer with specific skills in the Microsoft Suite, including Microsoft Azure. The role is paying circa £55,000pa depending on experience and is mostly remote based, you'd likely go on site a couple of times a month. Your new rolewhat you'll need to succeedIn the role you will support a mix of BAU and project-based infrastructure work in the team of 5. You'll provide high level technical expertise across Azure Active Directory, Entra ID, Identity Access Management and PowerShell scripting. You'll support more junior members of the team, work closely with stakeholders in the wider IT directorate and support 3rd party vendors. To be considered for this role you will need to be an experienced 3rd line infrastructure engineer who in recent years has specialised in the Microsoft Stack, with specific expertise around Microsoft Azure including the technologies mentioned above. You will need to have good stakeholder management skills and have varied experience supporting project based IT modernisation.
