Overview of Role

路 As a Transformation Commercial Manager, you will be providing direct commercial support to ensure the successful delivery of the One IPO Transformation Programme. The programme is predominantly being delivered by an external Strategic Delivery Partner and is nearing completion of Phase 1, Commercial terms for Phase 2 are currently being revised and need to be finalised in the coming weeks.路 You will work alongside commercial colleagues and engage collaboratively with other internal IPO staff and external stakeholders / suppliers, (such as our external Client-Side Service provider) to ensure successful delivery of:路 satisfactory outcomes against the terms of the Phase 1 contract, this may involve (but is not limited to) responding quickly and effectively to manage and resolve any issues associated with delays and/or challenge around contractual terms.路 a robust Phase 2 contract. Making sure terms are understood, agreed and accurately reflected in the draft Phase 2 contract prior to signing.

To be successful in this role you must have a proven background in the below:

  • The role supports the business in driving transformation as well as value for money in planning, commissioning and service.
  • The role is designed to build a combination of subject matter expertise and technical skills to develop a strong service delivery.
  • The job description and person specification are an outline of the tasks, responsibilities and outcomes required of the role. The job holder will carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required by their line manager.
