We are looking to hire a Customer Success Representative / Customer Service Support who would like to build a career within an award-winning ICT technology business.

Role Customer Success Executive / Customer Service

Salary £25k to £28k Depending on Experience + £500 per month bonus.

Location Cardiff Gate (free on-site parking)

Hours Business Hours Mon- Fri - Full Time Perm Role

Customer Success Role

  • You will be responsible for the inbound leads that come from customers into the business.
  • You will manage and distribute these leads fairly to the sales teams.
  • Using your relationship building skills you will verify each lead with the customer and work in unison with the sales teams to ensure the customer receives fantastic service.
  • Fast paced and involved role communicating well with internal and external parties.
  • Focused on the customer journey and experience to ensure a smooth process.

Customer Success attributes

  • All backgrounds considered that are customer focusses. Perhaps you have experience in customer service or account management and are looking to progress your career?
  • You will be a fantastic communicator, able to build relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Passionate about service and doing the right thing in all situations.
