Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for the heating industry and a desire to make a positive impact. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of heat pumps and boilers, providing excellent customer support, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Advise customers on suitable heat pump and boiler solutions based on their needs, via the tech team if needed.
- Create quotes and process orders accurately for the external sales team.
- Provide information and technical support on product features, benefits, and installation processes.
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and offer additional products or services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders.
- Potentially seeing the odd client if needed.
About You:
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the heating, plumbing, or renewable energy industry.
- Strong knowledge of heat pumps, boilers, and HVAC systems (desirable but not essential as training will be provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A proactive and customer-first approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and office software.
