Here at Blueprint Recruitment we have a new opportunity for a Foreman to join a leading client in a contract role. We urge you to apply if you are experienced and knowledgeable in this position. The successful candidate will work on site five days a week in Melksham.

Our client is a leading provider of essential infrastructure services, specialising in energy, water, highways, rail & aviation and many others.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage daily site operations to ensure efficient workflow.

-Lead and motivate the team, including site workers and subcontractors.

-Ensure all work meets project specs, safety standards, and regulations.

-Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and quality.

-Manage resources such as materials, tools, and equipment.

-Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for timely deliveries.

-Report site progress, delays, and issues to senior management.

- Keep accurate records of site activities, including logs and work completed.

Key Requirements:

-SSSTS Site Supervisor Qualification.

-Authorised as a National Grid Competent Person.

-Hold a CSCS/CPCS card.

-Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role within the construction or energy sectors.

-Strong knowledge of site management practices, safety procedures, and relevant industry regulations.

-Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and support a diverse workforce.
