Dale Building Maintenance Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Mechanical and Electrical Technical Manager to join our team. This pivotal role involves overseeing maintenance and insurance restoration works, ensuring high-quality service delivery across our existing client portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise direct teams of plumbers, electricians, and gas engineers.

Collaborate with contracts managers to plan and deliver projects efficiently.

Conduct site visits to assess technical requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Develop and implement maintenance schedules and safety protocols.

Provide technical support and guidance to on-site teams.

Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

Relevant qualifications in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ).

Proven experience in a managerial role within maintenance and restoration environments.

Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, codes, and regulations.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Effective communication and leadership abilities.

Experience with health and safety regulations and risk assessments.

Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
