Project Controller

Project Controller, Cardiff (Hybrid),

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective project controls across all initiatives by implementing standardized processes, methodologies, governance, and providing guidance to the broader project team.
• Utilize best practices in scheduling to optimize timelines, resolve conflicts, and assist in the creation and upkeep of project plans, while identifying and managing interdependencies between projects.
• Compile financial and management reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
• Support project audits to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Assist in meeting contractual obligations, including tracking project milestones and managing payment applications.
• Maintain thorough project documentation, including logs for actions, issues, and risks, as well as document management checklists.

Key Requirements:

• A relevant degree or professional qualification in a related field.
  At least 2 years of experience in a comparable position, preferably within an international context.
• Proficient in using MS Project, SharePoint, and the MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, financial management, and control processes and tools.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
