Job Opportunity: Site Supervisor
Location: Cardiff (CF10)
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
Shifts: 4 on, 4 off (08:00 AM 20:00 PM)
Titan Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking experienced Site Supervisors for our prestigious client based in Cardiff. If you have a strong background in site supervision and are looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise site operations and ensure that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and coordinate on-site teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct site inductions and health & safety briefings.
- Liaise with project managers and other site staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain site logs and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Report any issues or delays to senior management.
- Proven experience in a Site Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Must be able to work a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern (08:00 AM 20:00 PM).
- Competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum.
