FYI - THIS ROLE REQUIRES CANDIDATES TO HAVE EXPERIENCE OF PROJECT SUPERVISION ON CONSTRUCTION AND BUILDING REFURBISHMENT PROJECTS
- £40,000 (PAYE) plus pension scheme, paid holidays, free parking, company benefit scheme

Essential Candidate Requirements:
- Very good previous experience as aconstruction site project supervisor.
- SSSTS OR SMSTS card
- Experience of construction site set up
- Experience with RAMS
- Own transport and full UK driving licence
- Cardiff Bay
Main Duties:
- Supervising a commercial construction site building refurbishment project
- Overseeing building facilities upgrades and building refurbishment
- Supervising subcontractors on a construction site
- Reviewing method statements and risk assessments
- Issuing permits to subcontractors
- Cardiff Bay in Cardiff
