Essential Candidate Requirements:
- SSSTS OR SMSTS card
- Very good previous experience as a construction site project supervisor.
- Experience of site set up
- Experience of writing of Construction Phase plans
- Experience with RAMS
- Own transport and full UK driving licence
- Cardiff Bay
Main Duties:
- Supervising a commercial construction site building refurbishment project
- Overseeing building facilities upgrades and refurbishment
- Supervising subcontractors
- Reviewing method statements and risk assessments
- Issuing permits to subcontractors
- Cardiff Bay in Cardiff
