This role offers the chance to lead a dynamic team within a focused market segment, managing projects and supervising talented professionals from Design Engineering, Process Engineering, and Project Management disciplines. Focusing on executing projects prioritised by the company's global engineering team.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead project teams in executing projects efficiently, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and budget.
- Facilitate resource planning and allocation, identifying and hiring new resources as needed.
- Work across departments to address and remove obstacles for project teams.
- Monitor and report on project and employee performance, providing regular updates to management.
- Support internal initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and business process development.
- Compile and present reports on project execution performance and status to leadership at various levels.
- Coordinate with other Managers to ensure consistency in role expectations and support for direct reports.
- Advocate for the business unit in escalations and resource additions, ensuring team members have necessary support and resources.
- Commit to ongoing learning and development of the team, particularly in areas relevant to emerging technologies and market trends.
- Proactively monitor business unit performance against KPIs, addressing deviations and celebrating successes.
- Increase familiarity with tools and processes used by team members to improve day-to-day operations and identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in external communications, resolving conflicts and building lasting, trust-based relationships.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety rules, Company Quality Standards, and regulatory requirements.
