As a Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end delivery of projects, from receipt of acceptance to completion. This includes planning, coordinating, and acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process work requests and manage work planning.
  • Act as the central contact point for construction staff and other stakeholders.
  • Process material and equipment orders.
  • Manage the flow of key information through various operational processes.
  • Facilitate efficient delivery through stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate connection requests and planning.
  • Liaise with third-party contractors and suppliers to resolve issues.
  • Create work requests for the Construction Team.
  • Adhere to health and safety, and quality management policies.
  • Handle queries effectively and provide solutions.
  • Undertake additional duties as required.

Key Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.
  • Proactive with the ability to work independently.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • A great communicator, capable of engaging effectively with all levels.
  • Skilled in using IT systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient in numeracy and literacy, with the ability to create professional written correspondence.
  • Adaptable and ready to embrace change.
